Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (spring and fall). Popular dates fill up quickly, so the sooner the better!

What is required to secure my date?

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

How much space does the mirror booth need?

We recommend a minimum 10×10 ft open space for the best experience. We'll work with your venue to find the perfect spot.

Do you travel outside of St. Louis?

Yes! We serve the greater St. Louis metro area. A $50 delivery fee applies to all bookings. Contact us for events further out.

Can I customize the photo overlay?

Absolutely. All packages include a custom photo overlay. We'll work with you to match your event's theme, colors, and style.

What is the custom-ordered backdrop in the VIP package?

The Paradise VIP package includes a custom-ordered backdrop designed to coordinate with your event's theme, colors, and overall look — subject to approval and available options.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Rescheduling is always free with 7+ days notice.
